Don't ever forget Sunday is a really good day for a gentle work out and I don't mean working out your mouse clicking finger.
Walking is relaxing, fun, burns calories, easy on the limbs and clears the mind. Plus if you walk at a good pace you can burn upwards of 300 calories in a hour which makes eating a hearty Sunday Lunch much more guilt free.
No excuses if you live in town head out to your local country park or even if it's within a reasonable distance walk to your friends house, enjoy a cuppa and a catch up and plod home..If you walk to the pub for lunch it's okay, I won't tell anyone!
We power walked (and took silly pictures) for just 3 miles before a hearty but reasonably healthy Sunday lunch.
